Advanced Backup

When having a lot of important files and folders stored on your computer, it's very important to have them backed up once in a while. This cannot be done using the Windows operating system alone, as the operating system doesn't have a tool specialized in this. On the other hand, there are numerous applications on the market which allow you to back up your important files.

One of these applications is Advanced Backup. You shouldn't be afraid of the word "advanced" included in the program's name, as everything is simple enough to be used by even the most inexperienced computer user. The simpleness of Advanced Backup starts from the installation process, which can be completed with a couple of clicks.

After installing and launching the application, the user will be presented with a simple and graphical interface, which allows one to create a new backup task with only a couple of clicks. By default, My Documents and the Windows desktop are included in the interface, because these are the most common locations where important files are usually found.

By selecting one of these folders, the user can quickly back up all their contents, by a push of a button. Optionally, one can schedule a backup process to perform daily, at a certain hour. In this way, the user will make sure that all his files are backed up at any moment and that he will be able to restore them whenever the situation requires it.

An unlimited number of backup tasks can be defined and added to the program's interface. Virtually, any folder located on the hard disk can be set to be backed up.
